Terms and Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due in CASH upon arrival prior to beginning our services. Any payments made through etransfer will include a 13% surcharge.
- A $25 travel fee may be added to your total for services outside our primary service area within the GTA.
- Once you submit a request to book please allow 24-48 hours to receive a confirmation email and text from us to proceed with booking your appointment.
- You MUST be checked in to your hotel before your appointment. We cannot check in for you.
- Airbnbs are an additional $30 fee & are required to be self-check -in/keyless entry only.
- No high ceiling rooms for room decor.
- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
- 3 days or less in advance is considered a last minute booking and will be subject to a $50 fee PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING LAST MINUTE so we can make sure your date is available
